Food and Beverage Blog #1

I have approximately 3 hours in between my classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and decided to explore the city Bethlehem. While driving through the center of town on Main Street I actually remembered that one of my favorite restaurants from the Poconos had a sister restaurant located in Bethlehem so I started hunting for it and there it was Thai Thani II. I parked the car and walked up the beautiful historical street and walked in to the coziest little restaurant. As I was seated I was immediately served a light broth with petite little vegetables floating. (just the little warmer upper I needed on a cold and cloudy day) The waiter was very attentive and it didn't take me long to order and receive my food. Thai food is so fresh and made to order and I always feel good when eating it that I am eating healthy. Now I have to confess this was the first time I have actually dined in a full service restaurant all alone. I felt very comfortable and kept myself occupied with my iphone reading CNN updates and actually I did not have to wait very long for my lunch. I dined on chicken with fresh snappeas, mushrooms and baby corn with a serving of jasmine rice.

I highly recommend this restaurant and hope that the next time I will be able to enjoy my lunch with one of my fellow students.
